Aluminum and aluminum alloys Aluminum alloys have the characteristics of high thermal conductivity and heat capacity, linear expansion coefficient, low melting point and low high-temperature strength, making welding difficult. Some measures should be taken to ensure welding quality.

1. Before welding aluminum alloy, the surface of the aluminum alloy should first be cleaned to ensure that there is no dust, oil and other stains on the surface. If it is a thick aluminum alloy, the wire should be brushed with acetone before welding. The welding gun cable used should not be too long.
2. Clean the accessories and welding wire. Clean the 50mm surface of the welding wire and both sides of the crack with acetone. Use a stainless steel wire to brush to the surface oxide film with metallic luster. Cleaning breakthroughs must be welded within 2 hours. Clean the wires until they are not used. The cylinder must be completed within 8 hours, otherwise it is a new transaction.

3.The tungsten rod is made of tungsten rod, the argon should not be less than 99.96%, and the water content should not be greater than 50mg/m3.
4. The ambient temperature should not be less than 5 degrees, or it should be preheated to 100~200 degrees before welding, and the relative humidity should be controlled.
